Position Overview
In the role of UK Gemvision Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing Gemvision revenue by generating new accounts within the UK jewelry industry, to include both retailers and manufacturers. Any experience in the jewelry industry would be an advantage but not essential. Travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation/education to customers regarding the problem-solving and profit generating benefits of Gemvision products
Present and market Gemvision’s industry-recognized customer oriented sales and technical support model, to include attendance at regional trade shows
Manage and report all appointment activity and sales calls
Work to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Work with internal advertising department to help develop and track successful advertising efforts
Keep updated on product and industry knowledge through provided computer networks and trade periodicals
Prospect, cold call and develop new accounts in a protected geographic region
Key Qualifications:
Completed University or College Degree (Business focus preferred) or relevant industry experience
Minimum 1 year sales experience required
Business development experience
Knowledge of both software licensing and specialized hardware products
Passion for technology industry and a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic learner with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficient use of MS Office
