Position Overview
Full time position available with competitive salary, health benefits, retirement plan, and paid vacation/sick leave working at Gemvision's Davenport, Iowa facility. Gemvision will provide training for the position.

Responsibilities
Provide training and technical support to users of Gemvision’s desktop milling system, the Revo540. Participate in future development of the product. Occasional travel for on-site support and training may occur.

Requirements

Exceptional computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Available for occasional travel

At least 2 of the following are required:

Machining experience (CNC machining is better)
Computer technical support experience
3-D modeling experience
Jewelry design / manufacturing experience
Technical training experience

Desirable Skills
The following are considered highly desirable for this position:

Professional communication and phone skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
